From the early days of his civil engineering studies at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN) in Argentina, career where he graduated with honors, Diego Dean had one clear goal: to create practical, efficient, and intelligent engineering solutions that adapt to each client and evolve with every project.
With more than 18 years of experience in structural engineering, BIM workflows, and international project management, Diego has led teams and coordinated large-scale developments across the U.S., Latin America, Australia, and the Middle East. He has worked alongside global firms, delivering designs for residential town homes, industrial warehouses, airports, and mixed-use buildings.
In 2015, Diego founded Andes Dean Engineering, a remote-ready structural studio designed to operate as an extension of your team, not as an external vendor.
His philosophy is simple:
“We don’t just deliver drawings, we join your process. We adopt your standards, your tools, and your project logic, so you gain speed and clarity without the learning curve.”
Diego is known for his strong command of engineering software, not only using tools like Revit, SAP2000, RAM, RISA, Enercalc, Tekla, IDEA StatiCa, and CYPE, but also for designing internal workflows that reduce time, friction, and errors.
As a certified PMP® (Project Management Professional), Diego also ensures every project is executed with clear milestones, proactive communication, and technical alignment from start to finish.
